DOMESTIC SHIPPING
FREE shipping is available Australia wide on all orders over $150 AUD.
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping prices start from $5 and increase depending on the weight of your order.
Please note: From 21 July 2026 until 30 September 2026, we will be travelling throughout the USA on a buying trip. During this time, all orders will be packed and shipped every Wednesday. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we're away sourcing fresh vintage for upcoming drops.
Insurance is available for an additional fee. Vintage Marketplace is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or delayed by Australia Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website for estimated delivery timeframes for your location.
Store Credit
Orders paid for using store credit can only be refunded as store credit. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed after they expire.
From time to time, Vintage Marketplace may offer free shipping, or free shipping on orders over a specified amount, as part of a promotional offer.
If you return an item for store credit and your original order qualified for free shipping, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit unless the remaining value of your order still meets the free shipping threshold of $150 AUD or more.

Tracking: Note, only express Mail shipping method can be tracked online. Registered mail does not require customer signature for delivery and can be tracked for an additional $7. Please contact sell@vintagemarketplace.com.au if you have any queries. Furthermore, Express Mail requires a customer signature at delivery and is recommended. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen, or delayed by customs / Australia Post.
Taxes and Duties: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
