Please keep in mind; we are a vintage clothing store, which means the vast majority of the products we sell are in second hand condition. We endeavour to declare any distinct product faults (such as holes or marks), however it is safe to assume that most items will contain signs of general wash and wear.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Return requests must be lodged and returned within 7 working days of your return request being approved. We will not accept returns out of this time frame. Please note: we do not accept returns for sale items or sunglasses.
IF I RETURN AN ITEM, WILL I GET A STORE CREDIT OR A REFUND?
Once a returned item has been received, you will receive a store credit (valid for 12 months), with the exception of faulty items, where a refund may be provided. A refund will only be honoured after 7 working days from receipt of goods. We are unable to refund initial and return postage charges (with the exception of faulty items).
WHAT IF I COPPED FREE POSTAGE ON AN ITEM I'VE RETURNED?
From time to time, Vintage Marketplace may offer free shipping or alternatively free shipping on orders which exceed a specified amount as a part of a promotional offer. If you return an item for a credit code and received free shipping, the cost of shipping ($10) will be deducted from your credit code, unless the balance of your order exceeds the free shipping criteria, ie. is $150AUD or more.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once we have received a returned item, your store credit or refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Vintage Marketplace cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
