WHAT MAKES AN ITEM VINTAGE?
It can be argued til the cows come home what is and what isn’t Vintage. We at Vintage Marketplace love the fact that an item can bring back childhood memories. Whether that means it’s a 10-year-old tee from a concert that you attended back in school or a handbag you remember your Grandma using 30 years ago. To us it has a sense of nostalgia with a warm heartfelt memory. Vintage - the best of its kind.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Simply shoot us an email here so we can allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you within 7 days of the product being recieved. (Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.) Once the items have been received, you will either receive a unique credit code (for exchanges) or full refund (for faulty items - excluding original shipping cost). Vintage Marketplace cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. We are unable to refund / exchange items after 7 days of your parcel being delivered.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
WHY ARE MY ITEMS COMING IN MULTIPLE PARCELS?
We have different warehouse locations throughout Victoria. Orders with multiple orders may find that they come in different packages. You will be provided with unique tracking codes for each parcel.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post. Prices start at $5 and increase in price pending the weight of the garment/s. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment being processed. Insurance is available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen, or delayed by Australia Post.

*This is a flat rate for all International orders. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment (usually within 24 hours).
Tracking: Note, only express Mail shipping method can be tracked online. Registered mail does not require customer signature for delivery and can be tracked for an additional $7. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries. Furthermore, Express Mail requires a customer signature at delivery and is recommended. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen, or delayed by customs / Australia Post.
Taxes and Duties: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 12 hours of the original order.
I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
